ABOUT

"Humble, punctual and always showed care for client's safety. Soy is a good man who places his clients' well-being before anything else. Glad to have met him in Cambodia."

- Ms Susie Pang , Singapore

Hi, my name is Soy and I am from the ancient city of Siem Reap. I run a small Tuk Tuk business and have been transporting foreign guests in and about Siem Reap for several years. A Tuk Tuk is like a motorized tricyle which caters to small roads in Siem Reap and shorter distances. However, I have ferried guests to outer Siem Reap and have provided the same comfort as cars, although it will take subsequently a longer time of travel. But slower travel means the ability to see more the countryside and making stopovers for photography is no fuss at all.

Here in Siem Reap, there is no less than enough for Tuk Tuks. One can easily hail a ride from Tuk Tuks parking around. However there may be a language barrier and challenges arise when both the service-provider and hirer have unnecessary miscommunication leading to unpleasant situation.

I may not have the ability to converse in perfect English as my command of language is self-taught, but I have no problems comprehending simple instructions and exercise a hospitality policy that the customer's context is always the right context. With this disclaimed to my guests, there will be no intentional or unintentional miscommunication.

Also I am happy to be upfront with the costs pertaining to my services and am equally proud to say that my services are high competitive in terms of comfort, punctuality and cost. I am able to provide an 8 hour full day hire service or single trips. Let me know via text when you are in Siem Reap and I will be able to both send or locate you.

Siem Reap has become very touristy in the recent years, with millions of visitors coming over every year. Temples are always crowded and there is no less of people trying to get good "touristless" photos. Given the years of experience I am always proud to say that I am able to find opportunities for such photography. Palate wise, I have a good directory of reputable restaurants to cater to different levels of culinary experience.

Should you be coming to Siem Reap for a visit, please feel free to drop me an email. I have the help of friends who are highly competent in English to respond to you and with that, we can effectively negate all miscommunication and bring about an exhilerating and inspiring journey to the city of Siem Reap.

I hope this can be of help to planning you trip.

Here's awaiting,

Soy Phen
